Congratulations on your decision to bring your mermaiding to the next level. No matter where you are in your mermaid journey, you will be amazed by changes you will achieve.

Let me tell you 5 rules you wanna follow to make the most out of this course.

  1. Feel comfortable with anything you do. It’s important for your safety, productivity, and joy. If you feel something is not comfortable, whether its equipment or technique, stop and find the reason why it’s happening. Come up with a solution and make changes to improve it.

  2. Prepare for the water session. Time in the pool is for PRACTICE, not for figuring out what to do. Plan your water session at home: create a list of skills you wanna learn and practice. Get ready with equipment and preparation exercises.

  3. Be flexible. We are all different. Don’t feel bad if it takes longer than expected to learn a skill. Don’t feel bad either if it looks too easy for you. Do it once, feel good, mark it done, move on. The 4 week timeframe is for the average person. Since you own the course, you can accomplish it in any way that suits your schedule.

  4. Practice thoroughly. Make sure you own a skill, or steps within a skill. Owning means you can repeat it without any thinking. It’s in your muscle memory. Doing so will eliminate delays in your progress when a skill does not work due to lack of confidence in the previous skills.

  5. Have fun. Not Having fun will kill your enthusiasm and sabotage your commitment to self-improvement. Remember rule #1: be comfortable. Don’t kill the joy of being in the water by pushing through discomfort. Grow not because you work hard, but because you enjoy it.

That’s it for this video and I will see you in the next one.
